[:en]The Human Resources Management Diploma is designed in line with the needs of the local labor market. Training is conducted in nine segmented midterms, the duration of each training semester is eight weeks of training, with a total of (1520) training hours, in addition to (360) hours of practical training in the labor market. No more than (89 maximum) credit hours.[:ar]صمم دبلوم إدارة الموارد البشرية بما يتوافق مع احتياجات سوق العمل المحلية، و يتم التدريب في تسعة فصول تدريبية نصفية مجزأة، مدة كل فصل تدريبي ثمانية أسابيع تدريبياً، بمجموع (1520) ساعة تدريب، إضافة إلى (360) ساعة تدريب عملي في سوق العمل، بما لا يزيد عن (89 أقصى ) ساعة معتمدة.[:]

[:en]Training in this program is provided on general skills in the use of general English, specialized English (1 and 2), Islamic culture (1 and 2), Arabic language, job behavior, communication skills, professional guidance, excellence, general mathematics, introduction to computer applications, principles of business administration, in addition to specialized skills in Human resources management (1-2-3), interpersonal skills, provisions of the Saudi labor system (1-2), time management, administrative systems in the Kingdom, total quality management, art of persuasion, marketing principles, personnel management, and an introduction to public relations and customer service and organizational behavior In Business Organizations and Graduation Project (Research). The focus during training is on the practical and applied aspect and linking it to the theoretical aspect in most specialized courses by intensifying basic practical exercises and applying the cooperative training program with sectors related to the trainee's specialization[:ar]يتم التدريب في هذا البرنامج على المهارات العامة في استخدام اللغة الإنجليزية العامة واللغة الإنجليزية تخصصية (1و2) والثقافة الإسلامية (1و2) و اللغة العربية و السلوك الوظيفي ومهارات الاتصال و التوجيه المهني والتميز و رياضيات عامة ومقدمة تطبيقات الحاسب ومبادئ إدارة الأعمال بالإضافة إلى المهارات التخصصية في إدارة الموارد البشرية (1-2-3) و مهارات التعامل مع الغير و وأحكام نظام العمل السعودي (1-2) وإدارة الوقت و الأنظمة الإدارية بالمملكة و إدارة الجودة الشاملة و فن الاقناع ومبادئ التسويق وإدارة شئون الموظفين و مدخل إلى العلاقات العامة وخدمة العملاء والسلوك التنظيمي في منظمات الأعمال ومشروع التخرج (بحث). ويتم التركيز أثناء التدريب علي الجانب العملي التطبيقي وربطة بالجانب النظري في معظم المقررات التخصصية وذلك عن طريق تكثيف التدريبات العملية الأساسية وتطبيق برنامج التدريب التعاوني مع القطاعات ذات العلاقة بتخصص المتدرب.[:]
